HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please follow the steps below to place an order online at YourLibaas:
- Select the product you wish to order.
- Click ADD TO CART on Product Page/Collection Page to add the product to your shopping cart
- Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
- Select your payment method and proceed. Choose Online Payment for Priority Delivery.
- Choose RazorPay or Cashfree Payment Gateway for Online Payment. We support all major debit and credit cards, Internet Banking, UPI , Bharat QR & Mobile Wallets.
- Select Cash on Delivery payment method for paying cash at the time of delivery (*Available in India only)
- You've successfully placed an order. You will be able to check your order # and order details and you'll also receive an order confirmation e-mail with order details at the e-mail address provided by you. You will also receive a confirmation on SMS and WhatsApp if you have WhatsApp enabled on the contact no provided.
WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
The processing time required is listed on the respective product pages.
If you've ordered a READY TO DISPATCH product, it will be dispatched within 48 hrs (2 business days). If your order contains multiple products with different processing times, products will be dispatched as per tentative dates mentioned on product pages.
If you've ordered a product listed under PREBOOKINGS, it will be dispatched as per tentative dates mentioned on product pages.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days.
You will receive your Tracking Details via E-Mail, SMS & WhatsApp (if your contact no is registered on WhatsApp)

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
YourLibaas.com follows a transparent Return Policy for all products bought from the online store.
- You can return only unused products you have ordered if informed on the same day of Delivery.
- Used products cannot be returned.
- Refund for all orders is credited as Store Credits only in the form of Credit Note, which can be used at YourLibaas.com only.
- Store Credits are valid for 6 months & can be used for new orders placed at YourLibaas only.
- Orders placed using Store Credits are not eligible for Returns.
- Returns are picked up from the comfort of your home. However if the courier is not serviceable at the pincode, you would be asked to self-courier it at our address.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders for delivery in India & UAE
International Shipping is chargeable as per actual weight which is displayed during Checkout.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?
We at YourLibaas only ship with reputed couriers like FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Gati & XpressBees for Domestic Shipments & FedEx, DHL and Aramex for International Shipments. We usually ship via FedEx if it's servicable at your location, and by other reputed couriers if FedEx is not servicable.
You'll receive the tracking details via Email, SMS & WhatsApp once your order is dispatched so that you can also keep track on your order status.
