Return portal is not accessible

The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Returns are picked up from the comfort of your home. However if the courier is not serviceable at the pincode, you would be asked to self-courier it at our address.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return only unused products you have ordered if informed on the same day of Delivery.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • Used products cannot be returned.
  • In the original packaging

  • Orders placed using Store Credits are not eligible for Returns.

Are there any charges for return?

How will I get my refund?

  • Refund for all orders is credited as Store Credits only in the form of Credit Note, which can be used at YourLibaas.com only.
  • Store Credits are valid for 6 months & can be used for new orders placed at YourLibaas only.
  • Orders placed using Store Credits are not eligible for Returns. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as store credits which can be used for next orders. Store Credits are valid for 6 Months.
